What is Bridge School Benefit? Is it some kind of charity concert?

Chris Ernest Hall said:

Yes, it's an annual benefit show put on by Neil Young and his wife Pegi to benefit the Bridge School, which is a small private school devoted to children with severe autism. They started the school because one of their children was born with severe autism and they were dismayed by the educational opportunities (or lack thereof) that were available to him. It's been held every year since 1985.
