Apple announces Wifi Music Store for the iPod "Touch"

Mac Rumors: iTunes WiFi Music Store Announced - One More Thing...

...was a wifi-accessible version of the iTunes Music Store. The new version allows downloading music from iTunes directly to your iPod touch.
I wonder how compelling this will be? It's something that interests me too much, but then I spent twelve hours a day on my laptop. For people who travel a lot or kidz, maybe it will make sense. At least the prices are the same as in the regular iTunes store, unlike those ridiculous music stores set up by the cell phone companies where songs cost three dollars each.

They also announced a partnership with $$$tarbucks that will mainly be interesting to people who do all of their music shopping when they buy coffee. The main thing that interested me about today's announcements was much more mundane--a higher capacity iPod (now relabeled the iPod "classic" (first Apple product to contain the word classic since the Mac Classic?)) -- finally I can buy an iPod large enough to hold my entire music collection.
