Van Halen to tour with Diamond Dave?

Exclusive: Van Halen Reuniting With Roth For Tour

Sources tell Billboard.com a contract could be signed as soon as today for Live Nation to produce a 40-date amphitheatre tour by Van Halen this summer, with original frontman David Lee Roth back in the fold for the first time in more than 20 years.

What's the over/under on how long that tour will last? Note to Live Nation: I strongly suggest that whatever contract you sign, that no money get delivered to any member until all forty shows are played.
